Everyone knows how much our world has been affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic,

especially churches who rely on donations and tithes to operate. In today's world, online giving options can be one of the ways to keep giving strong. Bayside Church knew this and started with Simple Donation. "It was an easy transition, but what's been so great about moving to Simple Donation is when Covid hit it was easy for people to give online when they couldn't be here in person." Cathy said.

"It was an easy transition"

When Covid struck, Bayside Church knew that one of the biggest yearly events "Thrive Conference" had to be canceled. With 3,500 in attendance, there was no way for the conference to happen within the CDC guidelines. With that in mind Bayside church decided to hold the conference online.

"Almost $1,000,000 was raised to help disadvantaged children around the world."

With no charge, the conference brought in 450,000 people tune in with the goal of raising money similar to the Live Aid conference. With the help of Simple Donation, almost $1,000,000 was raised to help disadvantaged children around the world. "It was kind of a last minute idea, and with Simple Donation we were able to make that happen almost overnight" Cathy said.
