Crossings Community wanted a seamless experience for their congregation.
Prior to partnering with Simple Donation, church members had up to 5 different logins to manage giving, event registration and other involvement with their church. Having an online giving solution that integrated directly with RockRMS and didn't also require its own additional login was hard to come by until they met Simple Donation. Now congregants have a single login to the church's website, which is powered by RockRMS. To give, access their giving history, or manage their recurring gifts, they simply log in to the church's website.

Prior to switching to Simple Donation and RockRMS, Crossing Community Church was using a third party giving provider that didn't integrate with their existing church management software. On top of the multiple logins, reconciling deposits and the batches downloaded into Rock was time consuming and complex. A single batch per week that exactly corresponds to the weekly deposit has reduced the number of processes to a single one which takes less than 15 minutes each week. "If you're going to operate within Rock, I don't why you would go with anyone else instead of Simple Donation."

The church did not want to transition giving providers, especially in the middle of a pandemic, due to the risk associated with anychange risk of any giving transition. The process that Simple Donation developed to aid in migrating previous recurring gifts made it very easy to transition givers within Rock. It's also very easy to tell the volume and number of gifts that have been migrated, what is in process, and what is yet to be migrated all while giving simple communication templates and tools to encourage the migration process personally. Simple Donation's direct integration with RockRMS, allowed Crossings Community to quickly and easily communicate with a lot of donors in very personal terms.
