Privacy Policy
The gist:
The privacy of your data -- and it is your data, not ours -- is a big deal to us! We'll only ever access your account to help with a problem. We log access to all accounts by IP address, so we can verify that no unauthorized access has happened for as long as the logs are kept.
Information We Collect
We collect several different types of personal data in order to provide the most simple to use giving solution to churches. Typically, when an organization signs up to use our services we collect information about that organization, and a primary representative's personal information. We use this to comply with U.S. KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws.
In order to process payments, we collect and store the minimum information necessary from a donor, which may include any or all of the following:

We also collect some information automatically based on how Simple is used and accessed. This usage data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages that you use/visit, the time and date of your visit or use, the time spent on those pages or features of Simple, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We use this data to analyze Simple's performance and make our services more effective.

Security and Encryption
All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser.
