The privacy of your data -- and it is your data, not ours -- is a big deal to us! We'll only ever access your account to help with a problem. We log access to all accounts by IP address, so we can verify that no unauthorized access has happened for as long as the logs are kept.

Information We Collect

We collect several different types of personal data in order to provide the most simple to use giving solution to churches. Typically, when an organization signs up to use our services we collect information about that organization, and a primary representative's personal information. We use this to comply with U.S. KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws.

Naturally, we collect information about individual donors and their donation / transaction history. We strive to collect a minimal amount of information in order to process payments -- but requires at least the following of a donor's:

  • First and Last Name

This usage data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages that you use/visit, the time and date of your visit or use, the time spent on those pages or features of Simple, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We use this data to analyze Simple's performance and make our services more effective.

Service Providers

As part of the services we provide, and only to the extent necessary, we may use certain third party processors to help with our business and run Simple. These companies are authorized to use personal information only for the sole purpose of providing services to Simple.

Your information is never shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes.
