Simple Spend Terms of Service
An Addendum to the Simple Terms
The gist:
We (the folks at Simple) run a platform used for processing payments and managing donations for faith-based organizations ("Customers") and now corporate cards, expense management, and bill pay as well, which we call Simple Spend. We love what we do and would love for you to use our service.
By using Simple ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") related to your use of our website and services.
440 West, LLC, d/b/a Simple, ("Company") reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice.
Additional Account Terms
- Customers agree to the broader Simple Terms, which this is an addendum to.
- Customers also agree to Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms and Issuing Bank Terms (Sutton Bank) and the Issuing Bank Terms - Spend Card (Celtic Bank).
- Simple partners with Stripe Payments Company for money transmission services and account services with funds held at Fifth Third Bank, Member FDIC. Stripe Treasury Accounts are eligible for FDIC pass-through deposit insurance if they meet certain requirements. The accounts are eligible only to the extent passthrough insurance is permitted by the rules and regulations of the FDIC, and if the requirements for pass-through insurance are satisfied. The FDIC insurance applies up to 250,000 USD per depositor, per financial institution, for deposits held in the same ownership capacity.
- Customers agree to the Apple Pay Accountholder Terms.
Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Simple Spend Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
